A speaker, branding strategist, and coach with over 15 years of experience in leadership, behind the mic, working with women, and developing strategies to empower women to know their unique value and realize their full potential.

Sharnell is the Founder and CEO of SOMEI (so-me) where she coaches on brand strategy and personal wellbeing for women entrepreneurs and leaders.

She is a graduate of the University of Illinois Geis College of Business and holds an MBA from Eastern University. She resides in the Greater Chicago area.

As a mom, a wife, and business leader, Sharnell knows what it means to want more from career and life with a deep desire to walk out your unique God-given calling and make an impact in this world.
